Topsites Rules |
- The site with the highest Votes in + Votes out count will be ranked number one and then descending from there.
- Rating is determined by the sum of all ratings divided by the sum of Votes in.
- If a Site is suspected of cheating, the statistics of that Site will be reset.
- The top sites (Determined by votes) are displayed in the Side Block
- Votes are reset automatically after X number of days as determined by the Webmaster
- During this time period, any vote will only be counted ONCE per day per IP address.
